Grant has a usage rate of 27.3% this season. Grant has not been as consistent as he was last season but he is still putting up huge games for the Pistons due to his elite usage rate. Johnson has at least 20 fantasy points in each of those games and is averaging 26.6 fantasy points in those games. Johnson has played at least 27 minutes in the three games that Booker has either been out or limited and is averaging 15 points, 4.7 rebounds, two assists, and 1.4 steals+blocks. Since Booker’s injury, Johnson has really stepped up. What I love the most about Herro tonight to go along with his high usage rate is the match-up against Memphis. Herro has taken at least 16 shots in 11 straight games for the Heat and has a usage rate of 29.2% which is the 16th highest in the NBA this season. While the peripheral stats are encouraging when it comes to Herro I am still playing him due to his scoring ability and high usage rate. While Herro did shoot under 25% from the field in that game against the Bucks he was able to add nine rebounds, six assists, and two steals to his 15 points on his way to 37.8 fantasy points. Herro is struggling with his shot right now which has led to some down games recently but that was not the case against the Bucks. While asking for 36 fantasy points again tonight is probably asking for a lot we should be able to see Smith produce in the 25 fantasy point range as the minutes are still going to be there and that level of production would easily pay off his salary. In those minutes, Smith went for 18/5/7 with a steal on his way to 36.5 fantasy points.
